solution 1.
read the error message carefully and see error refer to program or application .  If yes then go to control panel -> add remove program and remove that programe or application.
Restart your PC and check.
Solution 2.
uninstall all Internet Explorer add on like google tool bar , yahoo toolbar , avg tool bar ......etc. Uninstall one by one and must be restated computer on every uninstall process. The check your program.
Solution 3:
On internet explorer tool bar select  Internet option. On General tab delete all browsing history.
Check again after system restart

Solution 4:
Click on  Start
click on  then Run, type  CMD and press enter key
type  sfc /scannow in the command window.

write cmd then press enter key / click on ok
in dos box
type-> k:  then press enter
you will next line will be found [k:>]
now type on prompt on
k:\>attrib -h -r -s /s /d
after some time you will gain get command prompt ,time depend on number of files , folders , speed of your computer.

k:\>
type----> exit
and press enter

dos windows will now close.
go to my computer and view your all file in usb drive .
